City Guest House

Wer eine günstige Unterkunft in interessanter Lage sucht, ist hier richtig. Mit dem Charme der alten Gebäude kann sie natürlich nicht mithalten, aber der Preis ist unschlagbar. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück ist gut.

I really loved the esthetics of the room; the soft earthy colors and the dark wood. The host was friendly and easily approachable. She helped me finding out information I needed to plan a trek. The location is very central, right at a road with many small shops of different kinds. It's buzzing with energy during the day, quiet in the evening.

I booked a budget 1p room which was small but cosy. I was offered a bigger room but I declined. In the end, a larger bathroom would have been nice, but I understand it was part of the budget room I booked. Just to keep in mind... Because of the narrow inner court where the guest house is situated, the sounds below carry up to the rooms. When the world wakes up (around 6am) you wake up with it because the sound carries up (e.g., dribbling basket ball, opening of metal doors, etc).

バクタプルの旧市街近くにリーズナブルに泊まることができます。 スタッフさんたちがとても親切で深夜の到着にも関わらず温かく迎えてくれました。 スーツケースもチェックアウト後に預かってくれて観光しやすかったです。 時間を置けばお湯も出ます。

Hot water can be unreliable late at night as heating is solar.

Die Atmosphäre war gleich von Beginn fast schon familiär. Das Zimmer war trotzdem dem Trubel rund um das Neujahrsfest sehr ruhig. Beim Buchen des Motorrad-Taxis zu meiner nächsten Station hat mich der Host unterstützt - herzlichen Dank!
