Personel i ich kompetencje na bardzo niskim poziomie. Ponad 2 godziny straciłem na wyjaśnianiu opłaty za pobyt przez booking. Nie potrafili zrozumieć. Pokazałem im przelew z mojego konta, nie wystarczyło. Żądali abym wycofał rezerwację i zapłacił kartą na miejscu , a miałem zniżki na bookingu, czułem, że chcą mnie oszukać. Rezerwacja natomiast była bezzwrotna. Dobrze, że w obiekcie był mężczyzna, który im wytłumaczył zasady bookingu. Rozumiem, że booking pobiera prowizję od obiektu i płaci z opóźnieniem, takie są zasady. Żal im było paru złotych na tą prowizję., dlatego napierali aby płacić na miejscu kartą. Żenada i wstyd za parę złotych. Na pewno już tam nie przyjadę.
