You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of NZD 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 3.5 percent charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that this property has a strict No Party Policy. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and loss of any deposits or payments made. A damage deposit of NZD 300 is required. The property charges this 2 days before check out. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 5 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Food was good tin soup and Bake beans

A topper pad on the mattress would help. We found the mattress a little hardish. We are in our 80s so considering our ages the stay met our needs. There was no coffee only tea. Certainly will reccomend it to under 80s. The entirity of of our stay was awesome. Also access to the use of the garage woud have been helpful due to rain.

Property had a nice view.

No kitchen sink, managed to wash dishes in plastic bowl provided. No comfy chairs or small couch. No power point in bathroom for shaving. Had to use kitchen plug and use the microwave glass as mirror. The bathroom lightswitch was on the roof above bed.

"Good location. Parking is ridiculous. Property was not ready on arrival."

Good location.

Parking and manoeuvring are ridiculous. The room had not been cleaned, beds unmade towels wet and on the floor. We had to call and ask for it to be prepared. The agent said she tried to 'reach out to us'. This was not good enough. A reduction in price and an apology Would have been more acceptable.

Fantastic view and quite cute deco.

Wasn’t teary on arrival. Tiny bathroom. Musty smell which didn’t disappear.

Fabulous view and private, clean and tidy, perfect for a few days break, nice friendly hosts with gorgeous dog 😊

The only thing is having to wash dishes in bathroom sink, better if dishes can be put in a bucket each day and host cleans them that's where it has worked at other places we have stayed at that didn't have a kitchen sink to be used.
