Very comfortable. Loved how they decorated. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Very generous with the supplies provided. Cute dog.

"Very clean and comfy."

The rooms were clean and the breakfast room was gorgeous in the sun.

There needs to be instructions about how to get the plug to be released from the sink in the bathroom. We could not use the sink during our stay as we were unable to empty it of water once we had used it initially.

"Loved that the decor was all older style theme in keeping with the villa"

Location was perfect - just a short walk to the bowling club - we were in Tauranga from Invercargill for a bowling tournament so location was everything since we didn’t have a car.

Didn’t realise the property was non smoking so apologies for that but just went out to the street.
