Suwantana Lanta Houses

Large, bright, simple but nicely furnished bungalows with a great location directly behind the beach (access through a restaurant, if you talk to the owner and occasionally eat or drink something there, that's absolutely ok). Fantastic staff, super friendly and helpful. You have to ask for cleaning. The grounds with the small tropical garden are a gem and the chickens didn't bother me, quite the opposite. Laundry service & moped hire on site, lots of restaurants, shops and everything you need in the immediate vicinity.

The mattresses were a bit hard :)

Clean, close to beach, friendly service, scooter rental

Nice patio, free available parking, good location for visiting the beaches in the south. Close to the beach in theory, but you had to go through the property of Patty's secret garden, which has signs everywhere that you will charged 100THB just for passing through. Of course we did not pay this but its not hospitable. The Wifi was good throughout the stay.

The room is listed as 60M2 but in reality its more like 30. Walls are very thin, you can hear the neighbours conversation. In the morning at 3am, cockrells are making loud noise outside. Some other reviews mention this is charming, but at 3AM this is not fun. Just one electricity socket for the entire appartment, meaning we had to switch off the fridge to boil water for tea. The mattress is very hard, I could feel the springs poking into my back. There was no bedsheet or duvet. Basically you are lying directly under a thin woolen blanket. Cleaning did not happen for 3 days, even the wastebasket in the toilet didn't get cleaned. We had to ask the owner to have this cleaned.

Really nice room, really clean and comfy ! The team was really nice ! It’s really close to the beach and all the shops !

Excellent location, behind Pattys secret garden which we are at all the time as the vibe was so good there!! The owners of Satwantana house were really lovely, just left you to it in their wonderful garden style accommodation. Everyone who stayed there was also really nice! I’d say pretty perfect for the price you pay! Really close to a bike hire shop although they also offered a bike for hire themselves and close to a 7/11 style shop, what more do you need other than what’s on the beach itself which was amazing and fun!
