Nice spacious room, clean and the balcony was a nice addition 😊

The staff didn’t really care about us, they were always on their phones and the reception was quite messy. And the worst part is the breakfast, you just get a coupon to have breakfast in a different place and it wasn’t good, we chose to have breakfast at a different cafe instead. Would be better to know about the low quality of breakfast beforehand.

Credit card charge of 4% - this was not mentioned during booking No lift - carrying a 20 lg bag up 3 flights of stairs is not fun Room is clean but basic
