Mirjana is super as a host. She's friendly and very supportive during our stay. The location has one of the best view in Kotor with balcony looking over the lake/sea. We did enjoy the tranquility in the morning while staying here.

The only minor thing is that the apartment is upon the hill so quite difficult to drive and park our car. But if you're good driver, that's not a problem.

The owner, Mirjana, is such a kind amazind soul. She made us feel very welcomed. Thank you for the tomatoes, they were delicious! The apartament was nice and spacious. It had an AC, which helped a lot with the heat during the hot summer days. The wi-fi was very good. The facilities were clean and you had clean towels, shower gel, soap, hairdryer. You definitely need to call the owner to be able to get to your accomodation. And also, if you come with the car, be prepared for quite an incline to get to the house and the parking spot. Also, you need to walk up a steep incline, but it's worth it. Amazing view. You also have some little pontons, down, at the lake, where you can put your towel and have a swim. It is very nice and calm. The location is a bit further from Kotor (about 1 hour walking). You either take your car and battle for a parking spot in Kotor (also mind that the road to there is narrow and on the side of the lake), either take a taxi (which might take a while during high season), either walk (might be hot) or take the bus (which is every hour and quite busy, but fast and cheap, about 1,5 euro per person).

Everything was fine, Mirjana is so polite and helpful. You can find anything you need and It may be the house with the most beautiful view you can find in Kotor

Great place, nice view and amazing hoster.

Perfect for a quiet few days of reading and swimming. The balcony had uninterrupted sweeping views of the water and no road noise. The area is beautiful and much quieter than other options closer to Kotor. Water is 2 minutes away. Restaurants and cafes nearby. Air conditioning worked well.

Involves steps. Absolutely fine for a person of average fitness, but if you don't like walking up steps, choose somewhere else. The address provided by booking.com after I booked was completely incorrect, and even the correct place doesn't have signage. Don't try to find it by yourself - follow the instructions in the email, go to the meeting point and contact the owner from there. If you don't have a working phone, you can find wifi at the restaurants nearby during the day/evening.
