Cheap and cheerful. In a rural setting, but within easy walking distance of beach, restaurants, bars etc.

It was pretty basic, but as expected for the price. Don't book if you're expecting five star luxury.

Great stay central but away from all the main road noise, close to beach, nice restaurants and bars. Spacious, comfortable and clean room, we were provide toilet roll and water everyday and had a kettle. Staff were friendly and everyone staying onsite were very friendly too.

Nothing (soap/shower gel could have been provided but not an issue)

To get to the nearest 7/11 you have to cut through a construction site, be wary of the stray dogs and giant lizards around

One of my best accommodations in Thailand. Hosts were very nice people and the person who cleaned the rooms (even with little English) was very attentive and thorough. They would give us water and toilet paper everyday. Even when we extended for two more nights, they changed our bed and gave fresh towels. Property was closed to one of the beaches in Ko Lanta, maybe not the most beautiful one, but you can have access to other places in the island hiring a taxi or walking. We had the best time. Even the roosters were nice…

We liked everything. I would just suggest to give a bit of soap to wash our hands.

The room is simple but very comfortable, the aircon works really well and it was clean. The staff didnt speak english but she was very nice and friendly and always around available to help

Great value, cozy and private. Great facilities - AC, fridge, hot shower.

The bed was on the harder side, even for Thailand. Some people might like it but I woke up not feeling my feet. The roosters are very loud which didn’t bother me much as I had to wake up early.
