Peaceful, staffs are kind

Hard to connect at the wifi, water pressure was very low

The style.the cleanliness

The place was very comfy and clean. The location was accessible and were walking distances to convenient shops and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating, too.

I think they should put a chair by the dressing table so guests don't have to keep moving the chair back and forth from the atrium, and provide hangers for clothesline. That's pretty much it.

It's absolutely value for money. Way cheap compared to others offering the same considering it's just 5mins away from Calle Crisologo and very close to other tourist destinations. We took the family room and it's so spacious.

Only few spider webs present in the bathroom. It would be good to have even a small fridge and kettle in each room.

Friendly staff

Numerous guest drinking outside the rooms making so much noise. The initial room was dirty with bugs, we had to transfer.
