"The room size is pretty spacious."

Location is great.

Upon my arrival, when I needed help to get my luggage down to the entry, the front desk lady would not helping me at all. I don't like the entry way, difficult to get down with no helping hand. Other than that, overall stay is great.

The location is fantastic

The hotel entrance is located underground without any lift facility. In order for me to bring my 25kg luggage to check in to the room, I need walk through the staircase without any help from the hotel only i can manage to reach the lobby
