"Hotel with a very disrespectful manager"

Room was big

The bathroom was old and bathtub looked stained and dirty, the hotel manager reproached us that we didn't call in advance, because he doesn't even look at or check reservations made through Booking app, and he could have given the room away. On the terrace, a couple came with a cat on a leash and asked for a table. They were denied, and the hotel manager was talling koudly after they left, cursing them, slang I cannot reproduce here. He was very disrespectful and caused us an unpleasant stay.
