"Budget friendly"

Spacious unit, clean and well maintained. Close to both the port and Santa Fe town.

The unit is located right next to the road with a covered basketball court a bit further down, so crowds of teens and noisy motorbikes whizzing past all day till late evening. Thumping music, roosters, and construction noise nearly every day we were there. Not recommended for noise sensitive people!

"Superb"

The location is perfect. Just a minute walk to the beach. Very spacious and has all the basic kitchen facilities to cook your own meals. Wifi is decent. Good enough for video calls.

Ants were able to dig a hole in the bathroom door frame. Careful with your food scraps because they will have a feast day.

Location, size of the studio, facilities, price, but mostly the owner.... who's the most accomodating and kind person I have met through my travels.Genna is a gem, nothing is ever a problem to her..., she's helpful, and goes above and beyond to satisfy her guests...

nit a.dislike but would have been better if they had an information sheet with wifi password,z local resteraunts near by. pizzeria filomenia a short distance away dies e,xcellent.home made pasgta and pizzas, for example.

Size of the room is bigger than usual tourist inn. We appreciate there is available hanger rack for our wet clothes

Not that I don't like but I would suggest and appreciate if they can upgrade the lights to a brighter one.
