Definitely enjoyed my stay here. I was looking for a place right on the beach and just near restaurants and Lapyahan fitted perfectly. The staff was accommodating and nice. The amenities are good. My room's aircon is in good working condition. Bathroom is clean. Though expect random electricity and water cut-offs every now and then. But I think this occurs everywhere. It doesn't really take that long. If you are out on a tour you might even missed it from happening. I particularly love that the beach is as few steps away from my room and there are chairs and tables available to use and to lounge. You can also cook your own meals if you want as they have a working stove and even plate and utensils for the guests to use. Overall it was the perfect place for me. It is near the busy area but still the area is quiet enough to relax and enjoy downtime. Will definitely stay here again when I go back.

Helpful staff, right on the beach, simple accommodations. Close to many restaurants and Rumbar. Able to arrange a scooter. Good AC and Wifi.

As is normal in the Philippines low water pressure. Had to use a bucket sometimes to shower. No mirror or hooks inside the rooms for clothes or wet towels

Right by the white sand beach. Close to shops, cafe, bars, lounges. The host helped us organise our island day tour and took us back to ferry port after checkout.

There is a power shortage in the island every 4 hours in the morning / afternoon or evening, which is not the guest house fault. They need to invest in electric generators if power cuts are frequent.

On the beach brilliant view! Hosts are very nice and always available to help , location couldn’t be better for your stay in San Juan very close to all bars/restaurants, the owners personally took us to the ferry port on our check out for a small fee , would recommend!
