The hostess are welcoming and warm nice people that are very communicative, if travelling with train the place is very good.

There was a rude guest that keeps banging the door ., other wise everything is good and quiet.

Location very handy, especially for anyone arriving by train.

The room was revolting. The bed sheets were not fitted nor large enough to tuck under the mattress, and so moved in the night. What they revealed was a mattress that was absolutely covered in flakes and crumbs of something that looked worryingly like dead skin. Picture attached. It was disgusting enough that on my second night I slept fully clothed so as to have as little skin-contact as possible. A glass plate in the room that had drinking glasses on it was covered in grit and (I think) flecks of cigarette ash. And it wouldn't hurt to mop the floor once in a while. I'm not surprised to read that a previous reviewer had trouble with bed bugs in the same room. No sign that the room was cleaned properly, if at all, between visitors. 🤮
