Staff very friendly & helpful

Water pressure , very old style tv , poor reception.

The location is very quiet and not too far from the airport. At night, it is a bit dark outside, and there is not a lot of traffic.

Since it's in a relatively quiet area, sometimes it is a bit difficult to get public transportation to the city center. However, the city center is definitely walking distance if you do not mind the heat.

Not many shops or restaurants nearby

The staff were very welcoming and accommodated a later check in due to our delayed flight. The apartment called ‘Leeds’ was eclectic and cute with 2 bedrooms, 4 single beds, living room, kitchen and balcony. it was clean and well kept with room service available. There is also a lovely restaurant with coffee available and a great base for exploring Dumaguete!

Their shampoo and shower gel's quality are not so good. It feels harsh to the skin. Hopefully they can improve the quality of their shampoos and shower gel
