1) The people in charge refused to make me chech in despite my confirmed reservation from your side 2) they requested extra money than the rate written in confirmation mail.

The main person from Jhang was the only 5-star thing at the property. Room was clean though.

Washroom was too bad to take a bath or even have your teeth brushed at the basin. Water supply was too low in every tap. Sanitary fittings were obsolete.
