The rates given on the app is totally lie the actual rates are different I haven’t stayed there because after booking confirmation I called them they said it got full although booking was confirmed on the app

They're even worse, I've called them to ask for the location, they didn't provide me with that saying, that we can't provide you the room on the charges or payments that you've booked through bookme..com. They even misbehaved on a call, and were not willing to facilitate, if I won't provide them with the extra money they're demanding.

The whole thing was a disaster. They even canceled my booking..!! How could they do this without my consent..!!
