Staff were extremely helpful, even assisted booking airport taxi's throughout our trip.

Very noisy at night. Could have better window insulation, as is located in city center next to a very busy road the rooms would benefit from better insulation for soundproof.

Really nice location. Markets nearby are fun and there’s lots of restaurants within walking distance. Au faim gourmet Faravohitra was our favourite and very good value. The building is nice and peaceful and the staff were helpful and friendly. They organised a walking tour with a local guide which was excellent.

The bed was smaller than others we’d had in Madagascar and creaked every time you moved.

A great, small hotel with most friendly and helpful staff. Central location. History and style. Good WiFi connection. Delicious breakfast.

The hotel does not accept credit card which is unfortunate (as many others in Tana do). Visiting daily ATM and carrying large amounts of cash in pockets is a bit scary.
