Staying in 19 century mansion with original furniture is an unforgettable experience. Administrator lady Serena is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Highly recommended for 2-3 day stay in Lviv.

it was very clean. the male staff member was very friendly. it was quiet and a great location.

I sat at the table in our room, and put my laptop on the table to conduct a meeting on the Wi-Fi which was very poor. I rested my arms on the table so I could type. the table leg, which is attached to the base of the table with old screws in rotten wood, collapsed and broke off of the table, sending the table down onto my legs. instead of being concerned, I was merely blamed for the incident. I said it clearly was not my fault since I was not using the table improperly. I was not sitting on it, nor did I have any thing on top of it besides my computer. the attendant with red hair was not understanding at all. she merely said “you still were the one to break it.” to which I responded, “if I built a floor and you fall through it, that’s not your fault.” but she did not care. she charged my about $15 for their faulty table. it’s almost like that is another way for them to scam tourists out of money. I was very displeased with this experience and her attitude. I suppose the hotel is great so long as you do NOT use the furniture. maybe you should sleep on the floor so as not to break the bed. by the way, I only weigh 170 pounds so I’m not a big guy. also, the beds were extremely springy and uncomfortable. I could feel the springs in my back at all times.
