The apartment's location is very nice. It is located in 7 min of walk from the central bus station and Galeria Krakowska. There was almost everything what is needed for 1-2 persons. The owner sent the detailed instruction on how to get inside. The district is a bit more quiet than in the very city center. The small kitchen and a fridge helped a lot.

The apartment located in the basement in the old building without renovation, so it smells not good in the corridor. Everything is old and cheap. In the basement is a bit dark and cold, what is good in hot days. The floor was not cleaned well, there was small garbage and long hair everywhere. The front door is weak and makes loud sound during opening. Lamps are not bright enough and one doesn't worked at all. The bed is a small sofa and not very comfortable to sleep. Everything inside looked old and not fresh.

The apartment was clean, well equipped kitchenette with coffee and tea.

Excellent customer service, well functioning self check-in option, very close to the rail and bus station, as well as to University of Economics main campus. Big space, additional electric heaters available. Very hot running water, good water pressure. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Beds are ok, sheets are very good quality. The price is really competitive!!

The flat is located under the ground level (almost in a basement), so it is a bit cold, but there still are big enough windows to let natural light in. The kitchen is rather purely equipped, for instance a pan is missing. It is still possible to cook though. Access is elevator free but not exactly step-free (not wheelchair friendly), despite the description. You can hear the people from the street inside the flat.

The location of the accommodation is incredibly convenient, situated in the heart of the historic district. Most of the popular tourist attractions are within walking distance. The room itself is generously sized and comes equipped with almost everything I required, including a refrigerator.

Although the overall experience was satisfactory, I did have a slight issue with the cleanliness of the bedding. While the covers appeared to be clean, my sensitivity to dust left me feeling uncomfortable and my eyes feeling irritated. It would have been preferable if the bedding had been thoroughly cleaned to avoid any discomfort.
