Wonderful hosts, very friendly and low key. Quiet, rural location; full basement suite with 2 bedrooms, nice bathroom with great shower, kitchen area, living room, etc. Nice breakfast amenities:coffee, oatmeal packets, water, etc. Internet TV available.

Nothing serious, but the mattress was noticeably noisy (like an odd bass drum rubbing) any time you move, and squeaky bedroom door.
