"The place had an overall wonderful feeling about it."

The room was comfortable and spacious with a deck with chairs and a table right outside.

Steps outside front door could be more clearly marked for people with poor eyesight.

"Nice, relaxing two night stay."

The Kokopelli room was spacious with a comfortable bed and an awesome shower. Up high enough from the road to minimize noise. Great wifi. Hosts are very easy to communicate with and we were met at check in to go over everything. Nice personal touch.

"Wonderful time, felt very homey!"

The bed was super comfortable! The owners added some nice touches, robe and extra towels for the hot tub, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower and coffee creamer and snacks. The hot tub was awesome. The one on one meeting day one was also a nice touch.

The drive way and getting in and out of the property was a bit rough at times. Would suggest a mirror or something at the bottom so you can see to the left better. And additional lighting maybe…

Nice, quiet place with a large room. Large fridge with good coffee selection. Excellent hot tub.

"Small hotel close to town and nature"

Very comfortable room, small hotel, nice bed, nice attached bathroom, and great WiFi. Nice, helpful hosts, gave us many great tips. About 15 min from downtown Estes Park.

Needs some not too difficult maintenance and better signage close to the road.

"Not a casual place to stay from the difficulty of checking in and getting to"

Hot tub was a nice addition.

The Host kept texting about when we were checking in and that they needed to be there. Didn’t realize that the road was completely dirt and uphill so rough on our car. Also no air conditioning or heater.

"The best place I’ve stayed in Colorado."

I love the fact that it’s away from the city. The purpose of our trip was to explore and embrace the beauty of the Rocky Mountains and the Kokopelli Inn added a level of closeness to nature that would have been impossible to achieve at a regular hotel. Javier was super welcoming and knowledgeable of the surrounding area and made us feel right at home.

"Secluded, quiet and peaceful spot close enough to Estes for hiking but far enough away to not be bothered."
