hot water problems. lady greeted us warmly but didn't speak English. it was hard to communicate what we needed

Was no breakfast

Bathroom size appropriate for an inside cabin on a cruise ship. Nobody on premises spoke English so was hard to communicate. Television not working even after notifying premises of issue. Room was not even close to that shown in online picture.
