Nie wyobrażam sobie pobytu w upały w pokoju bez klimatyzacji Brak windy . Powinny być dwa klucze do pokoju i drzwi wejściowych(nie wszyscy lokatorzy pokoju korzystają z niego w tym samym czasie) Mało miejsc parkingowych
