"Mala experiencia"

Mi experiencia ha sido pésima,mi hermano y yo llegamos cansados ya que solo teníamos una noche cogida y al llegar sobre las 16:00 de la tarde nos encontramos que no tenían habitación, habíamos hecho la reserva más de 1 semana antes, estuvimos allí perdiendo más de 20 minutos y la persona que organiza todo ,no sé si el jefe hablando muy mal a su personal de recepción y a la china de la.cocina que estaba llorando porque estaba siendo humillada en el trabajo por el jefe . Al final nos fuimos de allí ya que nos daba mal rollo ,fue una situación muy extraña ,recomiendo llamar antes y comprbar que tienen habitación para no encontraros con sorpresas . Al final no probamos la instalaciones ni nada teniendo que salir de allí.
