Quiet place. Very friendly staffs

None. Although people is talking about the location, I find it convenient as we can get Grab easily. The quiet atmosphere is what we are looking for.

Everything absolutely perfect

It’s very well presented, staff are very friendly and helpful. They carry the luggage for you to your room and do airport pick up/ drop off. Super grateful about that.

No hand soap and little body wash. The last night when we came home, the reception was close, but there was no hot water so we had to take cold shower. The location is a little bit far to everywhere but you need to “Grab” anyway.

The property is located away from the main road on a hill, making it a quiet and peaceful place to stay. The room was spacious, with two queen-size beds, and the bathroom was large and clean. It is about a 15-minute drive to the city centre, and Grab rides are affordable and convenient. The staff were helpful and assisted us with booking tickets for the cable car ride. The laundry service was also reasonably priced at 50,000 VND per kg and was completed within 24 hours.

Hot water was unfortunately not available on the third day of our stay, but the issue was fixed and restored by the fourth day. There was no safe deposit box available in the room. Although the bathroom was spacious, there was no shelf near the wash basin to place toiletries.
