Obsługa - Pani na recepcji bardzo niespokojna, nie słuchająca, zamknięta na potrzeby gości oraz realizująca swoją agendę - mieliśmy wrażenie że chce nas obsłużyć jak najszybciej aby iść do domu - na miejscu zarządzających obiektem przyjrzałbym się w kierunku inteligencji emocjonalnej personelu, który ma bezpośredni i główny kontakt z gośćmi
