Staff was nice

Location unfortunate- fish market in front in the building,dead animal smell in the hall, noise of a bird house and streets and other guests ( no noise isolation) night was sleepless

Good location, staff are nice and very helpful, communicate via translate app all ok.

Facilities are very basic which is to be expected but do need some maintenance, just need to align your expectations. Beds are very hard (used to typical hard bed, but these are super hard). Can be a bit noisy inside as the noise travels. Outside noise expected as central location and market.

Centrally located in Ha Tien. Facilities are clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful, honest, and very accommodating. Highly recommend!
