Location was excellent, staff friendly and helpful

The shower was very poor, shower curtain into a shower tray, shower head was hand held and flowed more like a hose than shower head

Ralo xa casa de banho entupida.

We stayed a few nights before and already had this rebooted and paid for after the ceiling light leak complaints. They changed our room, and I can't fault the second room even had a little balcony it was cute.

Can't really complain was clean, comfy, and for a night

The location was 10/10

First night, we had a leak in the room coming from the ceiling light. We also didn't like the fact that the window in the room opened to a view of the corridor 🫣🤣

La posizione è ottima e il check-in facilissimo e fattibile autonomamente indipendentemente dall’orario di arrivo.

La camera che ci è stata assegnata aveva una sola finestra che affacciava sul corridoio interno, quindi non entrava né luce né aria. Il letto era veramente piccolo per due persone e anche abbastanza scomodo.

A few months ago room 3 was excellent but this time in room 1 the room itself didn't look good. Water went on the bathroom floor after flushing the toilet and after taking a shower the water didn't overflow from the shower yet much water went into the bedroom which suggests the plumbing or something was to blame.

The best thing about it is the location its excellent, apart from that the toilet was too small could hardly move inside it the bed was just ok. The TV channels were great had every channel you needed in English. It also had a terrace which I used for the few days I was there. The main problem was the stairs as it has no lift and after a long journey you dont want to be traping up two flights of stairs and every time you go out you have to trape back up them stairs so that was not ideal? apart from them things it was ok for a short break like 2 or 3 days and the locations is great beside all the restaurants and bars and close to the marina and bus and train station
