"Comfortable room with private bathroom"

Host was very easy to communicate and instructions to check-in very clear. Rooms as shown on the photos. Fast internet. Free parking in the street just outside.

"Decent, simple stay in a convenient central location."

The room is very clean, and quiet, and the beds are comfortable. The instructions for arrival and self-check-in were clear. The location is good, with street parking immediately nearby. These points make the stay good value.

The room is small, with limited space for circulation, the main ceiling light did not work properly, and nor did the hair dryer in the bathroom. Unfortunately, these things reduce the positives noted above.

"Disappointing"

Room was very small and cramped, once the smell of air freshener wore off there was a strong smell of drains. We were slightly concerned at the sight of a medical sharps box sitting outside on the landing.
