W pokoju i łazience bardzo czysto, ogród jest cudowny i ma super klimat, pięknie pachnie. Śniadanie wystarczające, pyszny chleb. Lokalizacja bardzo fajna, spokojna okolica, ale w miarę blisko centrum. Bardzo blisko znajduje się Aldi czy mniejsze knajpki.

Jedyny minus - na lepszy sen polecam wziąć zatyczki do uszu, słychać rozmowy z pokoju obok (mimo, że nie były głośne).

Nous avons aimé l’accueil chaleureux et le sourire de nos hôtes, la belle chambre spacieuse et confortable dans une petite rue au calme ou après la fatigue de la journée on se sent bien, le petit jardin où prendre le petit déjeuner quand il fait beau, les bons cakes fait maison tous les matins et cette simplicité que nous recherchons mais avec un professionnalisme avéré. Good location to explore Lisbon. This is a house converted into a BnB and it has a nice little garden and the decoration is elegant. It sits in a quiet part of town but 5-10 min from the Avenida metro that will connect you to everywhere.

Our room was right by the entrance and each time someone opened and closed the door we were woken up brutally. The people upstairs were also loud in their rooms and each footsteps sounded worse than it was. So bring earplugs. The breakfast has an interesting concept of “do it yourself” (take the things from the fridge, cook your own eggs, get you bread toasted etc) and while I understand that it seems a good concept, in reality, if you are more than 3 people in the tiny kitchen it is a struggle. Want eggs? Well the bright spark before you may think he needs 25 min for hard-boiled eggs, so good luck. Want coffee? Well now you’re in the way of whoever wants to open the fridge. I sympathize with the concept but I hated each of the 3 breakfasts u had there.

A stylish guesthouse less than 10 mins walk from Avenue Liberdade. Room spacious and well decorated, with balcony overlooking the courtyard garden with orange and lemon trees. Good breakfast which you can help yourself to up until 11 am and lovely helpful staff in the kitchen. Its on a very steep hill as mentioned by others and feels in a bit of a quiet street in a very slightly less salubrious part of town but its not far to the main sights at all and I would recommend.

Some peeling pain on the bathroom, however I think this was due to the plasterwork underneath. If you are a light sleeper then the sound proofing in the building is not amazing. You couldn't hear external noise, just noisy guests coming back late!
