Ponta Delgada Guest House 2

We really liked the location. Room and kitchen was big and well equipped. There was really big humidity in the room, even more in compartion with other azores islands, so I would reccoment to add climatization to the rooms.

The mattres makes this creak spound when you roll over during the night which woked me up sometimes.

We stayed on São Miguel Island and found the house to be in a very convenient location, close to Ponta Delgada and the airport. Its central position made it easy to explore all parts of the island. There was a large supermarket nearby, which was very handy. Pros: • Overall pretty clean • Our private bathroom was clean and quite recently renovated

• The humidity levels were very high, leading to condensation on the windows each morning, which also made our clothes damp. • There was a strong unpleasant smell in the common area, likely due to the humidity and the age of the house.

Very clean room with private bathroom, well equipped kitchen, good parking. The matress is a bit harder which suited us well, the pillows are too big.

There is a damp smell in the whole house - in the room and common areas. This is a problem everywhere on the island and the smell got much better after we opened the windows, unfortunately the windows in the common areas were almost always closed. Had they been opened more, the air would have been much better - easy solution!
