El personal se portó perfectamente para la situación incómoda que se les presentó. Nos cambiaron la habitación por otra. Estaba un poco más limpia , pero necesitan una visita de inspección de sanidad.....

Instalaciones viejas y mobiliario viejo con moho.... Olor insoportable a cerrado, mugriento y con moho en paredes y todo el mobiliario, armario, mesillas, cabeceros de cama , paredes.....

A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Não era possível sequer fechar a janela do quarto por completo. Não havendo estores/vidros duplos ouvia-se o barulho todo vindo da rua. Pelo preço pago devia existir um pouco mais de brio. A localização é ótima, mesmo ao lado da estação, mas não compensa. É uma experiência a não repetir.
