The host was great.

The supplementary bed was not very conformable and the room upstairs is loud (traffic).

Beautiful property and Maria went above and beyond for us when we needed to have important documents mailed to us from the USA. She also had had snacks and drinks for us since we were arriving late. It was very thoughtful and very much appreciated. We hope to return again. Lovely stay

It got warm at night. We are use to AC so it is just what we are use to. I would recommend putting a fan in the house to use if applicable. for those of use who have AC in our homes.

Lots of space, lovely big pool (although a little too cold in March for a dip). Well equipped kitchen. 10-15 minute walk into centre (albeit a steep hill). Great view

Two single beds, would've preferred double. And they were a little short (for me I am 6 foot).

Great accommodation, well equipped and clean. The owner Maria is very friendly and hospitable, she communicated with us about our needs before our arrival. At the agreed arrival time, she was waiting for us, showed and explained everything necessary. We also had a swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas and a parking space. On the day of arrival, there was also some food waiting for us in the fridge.

I totally loved it! Till we arrived I thought that we will be sharing the house and pool with other guests but it was completely for us. Comfy beds, large living room, kitchen, we had everything we needed. Maria, the host was suuuper nice and she even prepared a little of food and sweets for us to the fridge and living room. The view from the garden is awesome yet it is really private and noone can see you by the pool. Also the view is orientated to the west so you can see sunset right from the pool. Maria lives in the second house so she helped us when we locked the keys inside accidentaly. There is a bus stop right in front of the house and the bus line goes right to the city center. Everything was gorgeous and if I will ever go to Madeira again, I will definitely try to book this accomodation. ❤️

Excellent location and very nice pool on your own use. There was food and drinks at the fridgerator so you did not have to rush grocerystore at the first moment. Maria was very nice and helphul host.

Traffic noice at night and early in the morning was distracting. Kitchen downstars and dining area upstairs is a bit difficult combination if you have trouble walking up and down stairs.
