Great price, comfortable, and the staff were amazing, I arrived late because my flight was delayed, but Cátia made sure my check-in experience was still smooth, she was very welcoming! The location is also great.

They could do with some new linens and towels, and there's a tram line right outside so bring earplugs.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The shared bathrooms were well maintained and the location was excellent - right near the action of Lisbon City.

The room wasn't very sound-proof - we were in a room quite near reception and we heard guests coming and going and being introduced to the place. There were also building work noises during the day.

La stanza con piccolo angolo cottura era posizionata in una struttura secondaria vecchia . Il bagno era a dir poco fatiscente, doccia sporca, impianto di areazione inutilizzabile e porta che ,da chiusa,lasciava una fessura di almeno mezzo centimetro di tra le due ante
