The location.

Manager did not manage some other guest issues which mean no sleep at all for first night in Lisbon. Incredibly stressful. Room on busy noisy street. Not soundproof. Pillows had stains and were lumpy. Walls marked. Cold. Bed smelled like so much cheap air freshener it gave me a migraine. Left at first light instead of staying the full booking. Messages manager, no response at all. Terrible.

The staff and location were excellent. Great for a night or two in Lisbon

Cleanliness in both the washrooms and the rooms could be improved.

Todo muy bueno, solo que no tiene personal en la recepción y eso complica el retiro de las maleta si las has dejado en consignación.

Het ligt gunstig in het oude centrum

Het bed was vreselijk slecht en de kamer was benauwd. De airco kregen we niet aan en de douche gaf slechts voor een iemand warm water. De douchekop was kapot en het was niet zo hygiënisch.

El personal muy amable y la ubicación muy buena. La verdad que volvería a hospedarme ahí

The location and hosts were perfect.

The room was so small we could not put our bags anywhere without having to walk over them. The space between the bed and the bathroom was so tight you had to move sideways. Lighting really poor and no natural light as the blind would not go up, although not ideal to have blind up as the neighbouring guests looked straight into the room.

A localização é excelente, os funcionarios muito simpaticos. É possibel deixar as malas antes e depois dí check-in/out, o que facikita muito ais viajantes!

As paredes nao tem tratamento acustico e pode ouvir tudo que se passa nos quartos ao lado, ruidos e ecc.

Amaline went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was stress free and comfortable.

Only issue was that the sink in the washroom did not drain quickly.
