Inaccurate pictures and inaccesible accomodation for anyone with limited mobility or disability.

Very dissappointing! Inaccurate pictures and inaccesible accomodation for anyone with limited mobility or disability. I was given the least suitable room upstairs with a steep spiral staircase which made access extremelly difficult und unsafe for me with limited mobility or any disabled people. Unfortunately, I had an accident at the airport on the same day of arrival and had to use cratches without being able of putting weight in the injured leg. I asked for understanding and exceptionally change the room or cancel the reservation with full or partial refund but unfortunately, I met no flexibility, no empathy from the host and unsatisfactory action from Booking in these particular circumstances.

"Consistently Good"

This was my 3rd stay here, and once again it was a wonderful experience. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. I really appreciate the consistency in quality every time I visit. It feels reliable and welcoming, which is why I keep coming back. Highly recommended!

The only small thing to note is that during weekends, parking nearby can be a bit challenging, but overall it doesn’t take away from the wonderful stay.
