La estancia ha sido estupenda. Tiago ha estado siempre pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. El detalle de regalarnos el libro con la historia de la casa nos ha encantado.

The staff were extremely accommodating. Diego was always ready for any help and service.

The property is stunning. It is a living piece of history with beautiful architecture, materials, and furnishings. The staff is excellent, but Tiago deserves special recognition. He is innkeeper, chef, docent, and concierge...all-in-one. He made sure we had everything we needed, offered wonderful places and to visit, and helped us with travel plans after we left this hotel. Breakfast was included in the price, and you absolutely must take advantage of it. When is it? Whenever you want. You tell them the time, and they accommodate it. Where is it? In an exquisite sun room with views of their private garden. What is it? Coffee, tea, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh fruits, breads & pastries, yogurt, granola, eggs to order, meats, cheeses and probably anything else you want. It was the perfect way to start each day. The location can't be beat. It is in the historical center with tons of shops, restaurants and points of interest within a 5-minute walk. And don't worry about what times you leave/return. They give you a key to the front door of the property. You can come and go at whatever hours suit your schedule. Whenever we return to Viana do Castelo, we will stay at this amazing property.

It sounds cliche, but there was nothing we didn't like. The few things I would change are so specific to me, that it would be unnecessary and unwise to make them.
