Budynek atrakcyjny pod kątem architektury, jednak stan budynku na zewnątrz i wewnątrz bardzo słaby.

Właściciel ma dwa obiekty obok siebie, jednak foty z oferty pochodzą z drugiego domu, bardziej fajnego. Stan Villa Blanka i wnętrza bardzo odbiega od rzeczywistości i przedstawionej na zdjęciach oferty. Droga dojazdowa to istny dramat, można zepsuć auto.
