Great location (watch out google maps shows wrong address!) Balcony, clean bathroom, welcome refreshments. Felt great!

Fridge in my room turned out to be a freezer. I didn’t know if there was wifi internet and didn’t know who to ask.

Rosa was excellent and went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. We had 5 rooms, all of different sizes and they were perfect for our needs. Highly recommend!

Staying at Atlantic Waves Accommodation ~ Carcavelos Beach was the best possible choice. Booked accidentally due to lack of places in a nearby hotel, it turned out to be a hit. Rosa - the owner is a unique person - in addition to managing the accommodation, she is the chef in the restaurant next to the hotel. Despite many responsibilities and constant work, she found time to ask us if everything was okay, if we needed anything, provided water to drink and small snacks. The shrimp at her restaurant were delicious! If you expect something more than a hotel atmosphere, this is the place for you. The hotel is in a great location - delicious breakfasts in the cafeteria next door, a dozen or so restaurants to choose from, 5 minutes' walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the train, from where you can easily get to Lisbon or Cascais. I recommend a unique stay at Rosa's Accomodation!

From start to finish the customer service was exceptional! Rosa is a wonderful host. The perfect location and a beautiful fish restaurant is situated below serving gorgeous seafood, also cooked by Rosa.
