The property was clean, comfortable and well located

Booking. Com said there would be reception available. In fact there is no reception at all. This would have been fine if they had told me to expect an email with entrance details etc. but they didn’t. This meant I arrived to face a locked door and when I rang the number nobody who could communicate in my language. It was only the arrival of a very helpful guest in one of the other rooms who helped solve the problem. Please make sure that booking. Com gives the correct information to guests.

Clean and pretty renovated apartment with all necessities.

The apartment on ground floor has a humidity problem and the floor tiles are covered with mist. Therefore the apartment has elctronic airfreshners that smell even worse.
