The room was clean and generally comfortable.

The room was clean and generally comfortable. However, I was surprised to find that no shampoo was provided—only liquid soap in the shower. This was the first time I experienced something like this. The biggest downside was the noise. There was a very loud party nearby that lasted throughout the entire night, and it felt as if it was happening inside the room. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get any rest. I reported the issue to the reception, but the staff member was quite impolite and unhelpful. I was told that nothing could be done and that I should call the police myself if I had a problem. This showed a lack of care and attention towards guests. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the poor handling of the situation.
