The caretaker was very friendly and helpful

The bed was uncomfortable and makes a noise when you move. The doors of all the rooms makes noises , you can hear guests come in and out. There was water in the floor, there must be a leak from the basin.

Just that I had a roof over my head

The linen was very dirty. Had a lot of stains and not smelling good. Had to put an extra blanket just to sleep on top of it. The toilet seat had urine stains. I don't know if they really prepare for new incoming guests or they just make the bed that was used without changing the linen and cleaning the bathroom.
