It was reasonable

Attitude of the guy who was accepting us when we arrived. I nearly reach my flight late since I was locked inside no one to open the gate for us in the morning while going to the morning flight which was 6am. We hooted we knocked in the window where the staff member said we should use when we are leaving for almost 40min. Until we found him sleeping in the couch not in the room he told us. There was no electricity it was dark. Instead of apologizing he started by complaining about noise because I was also hooting now. He only apologized late but I was already crossed.

Nothing much

We booked, but the room ended up double booked. After sometime..we were offered a room someone was staying in
