The central location, the big rooms and the facilities offered. There is an excellent restaurant and a wonderful coffee / chocolate house few steps away from the guesthouse.

The darkness of the rooms as they were facing a narrow street and the noisy nonstop air conditioning facing our window, from the nearby supermarket. If you don't spend much time in the room, the location is great.
