I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the manner in which the owner conducted himself. We choose to book through Booking.com because it offers a secure payment portal and convenient payment solutions. This system provides assurance to both property owners and guests, as card details (including the CVV number) are securely processed to confirm bookings through the platform. This lodge doesn’t take payments through the platform but instead provide Yoco payment link that does not provide instant EFT options for FNB bank holders, and we do not consider entering card details through this method to be sufficiently secure. We proceeded to process an EFT payment without an immediate payment option, which didn’t reflect straight away. Thereafter the owners communication contained threats and harassment which I found highly unprofessional and inconsistent with acceptable business ethics. All in all I found the conduct of this establishment very rude and unprofessional!

Отличное безопасное место для остановки недалеко от аэропорта. Находится на закрытой, охраняемой территории, въезд через охрану и шлагбаум. Есть место для парковки, на огороженной территории рядом с домом. Заезд осуществляется в любое время, получение ключа происходит без участия владельца, что очень удобно. При этом владелец - Attie отзывчивый и гостеприимный, все время на связи, прислал очень подробные инструкции перед заселением. В самих апартаментах чисто и есть все необходимое, в том числе посуда, чайник, микроволновка и холодильник. Рекомендую это место!
