Villa de la Rosa Klerksdorp

The location was close to where we needed to be. Own access in and out.

I made a booking for a family room and was informed that we booked 2 rooms. Requested to be moved to a family room (8) (which I booked) and found the following problems: Our aircon did not work We had no refreshments in the kitchenette area We had no toilet paper - we had to ask for some We had no soap - we had to ask for some We were a family of 4 and only had 2 bath towells in the room and had to share. Was informed about breakfast. We ordered and was overcharged too. We were informed that breakfast was at 7am but only got it at 8:30 and the lady asked our daughter to help with the breakfast. Family members in another room (18) weren't too happy either. They did not have air on and their light was not working.

The towels wasn't good ,very hard towels

Looked nothing like the photos. Was late to find other accomodation as we were traveling with a toddler

It was run down. No dustbin in the room, no towels, no teaspoons, water or milk. The TV wasn't working but they did sort it out. The aircon didn't work right. There was tiles missing in the bathroom, no tow rails. The bath was peeling inside

We stayed 2 times in one week.. When we arrived the first time at the four person stay, they had 4 cups but only two glasses, coffee, tea, milk etc were hardly enough for two, they had no towels, 2 days later we booked in again and there were NO coffee sugar tea or milk and even no spoons. Opened the bed and found hair and crumbs under the pillows. The TV has no channels working, they advertise DSTV but could not watch TV due to "Blocked view".
