Cape Town Milnerton Lagoon Villa

The location.

We had to wait till 5pm to check whereas check in time was 2-3pm. So we waited 2-3 hours at the property to just check in. The cleaners had only started in our room and we were surprised by the R200 deposit to check in. The shower does not drain and will fill up the bathroom. Also a strange smell from outside when opening the windows and balcony.

House keeping never cleaned our room, never changed our bedding.we had to ask for toilet paper every day. And there is no Aircon.

Seems like the place is owned by a family that stays on the premises and the staff are concerned about their needs but still helpful all in all, its a good cheap stay for last minute nights

Tv not working correctly, funny smell, weird guests that were closer to you than you wouldn't of oreferred

The room was good and the view on the lake was very nice.

Check in time was for 14:00-15:00 we came there 14:45 and they haven't finished cleaning our room and then they gave us another room at 17:00 because they still didn't finish the first room
