Great Hospitality Big and spacious room Place is very clean

No dustbin in the room, light bulb flickering, shower taps a bit stiff to open and close.

The Breakfast was excellent, definitely the best!

The dogs of the property was a little bit loud, when we sat outside- they barked the entire time. Even when we were inside our room, we could hear them barking consistently. But Im a dog person, so it didnt bother me that much- but this could be a problem for other.

I communicated to Zeena that upon arriving hom and going through my handbag, I noticed that I had money missing which I had kept in the side pocket inside the bag. She said she’d get back to me and never did and until I made they call and didn’t pick up my call but instead wrote this: “Good day Sivuyisiwe, I trust you are well. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We take any allegation of this nature very seriously and have discussed the matter with our staff. At this stage, we have not found any evidence to support the allegation. Our establishment has been operating for over 10 years with the same team, and we have consistently maintained a positive track record with both local and international guests. Please be assured that we remain committed to maintaining a professional and trustworthy environment for all our guests. In light of the circumstances and to avoid any further discomfort on either side, we believe it may be best that future bookings be made elsewhere. We wish you all the best going forward. Warm Regards Zeena” No accountability whatsoever, as a guest I clearly shouldn’t have communicated this because to their eyes I am lying. It’s not even about the money but the principle. Please be very careful when booking at this establishment.

Liked to ss that there was a change in the breakfast they served.first course or starter was something that I never ate in my stay there which I enjoyed so much.
