The decor and room facilities, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. The security guard was very helpful and accommodating when we arrived late at night and needed help carrying our bags to the room. He went above expectation.

The floors and rugs were not very clean. My shower (Room 1) is quite grimy and needs a deep clean. There was only instant coffee on offer at the restaurant - they had run out of coffee bags and grind and did not replenish while we were there.

The setting - colonial

It’s needs serious maintenance and an upgrade with room WiFi connection was almost nil

Close to the take away shops for all you may want. Quite place.

The white pillows were not entirely clean. No showers.

No internet, No generator, Low water pressure

The friendly staff and food was great. The interior is exeptional

The showers need a upgrade tiles are old and some loose Waterdamp also need upgrades and painting.

I would like to get my invoice the next morning if possible before checking out or get it on email at least the day. I don't like to call for 3 days in a row and i don't get my invoice.
